I love spa world. With a Groupon it is a very reasonably priced experience. Also… the perfect hangover cure! Enjoy being naked with your closest friends and strangers in various heated pools (and a cold pool but honestly why would you do that to yourself???) Enjoy wearing a ridiculous outfit as you pass out on mats clustered on a heated floor. Eat some delicious food or share a boba with friends.
Sweat or shiver in saunas and cold rooms. It’s really a wonderful place!

One of my favorite places in the DMV area. After a long week of office work and workouts, everyone deserves to have a relaxing time. If you think your tired then head to this amazing Korean Spa that has mainly two large rooms: one is a wet area with plenty of hot tub options with jets and each is temperature controlled, steam room, sauna room, massage area and shower area. Disclaimer: you have to be nude in the wet area. No clothes allowed. So if you think your uncomfortable being nude then it’s the not the place for you. But if you want to just relax and not worry about anything then this place is amazing.

This place is still my fave “me-day” spot and has been for years. Every time I get the groupon I feel like I’m getting a deal. I enjoy it all- the rooms, the hot pools, the sauna, the steam room, their fitness room, and the deliciously steaming hot best bimbibop ever, which I get every time. Spa world has become a tradition for me. The only things that aren’t 5 star is the company.

This was my 2nd time here, it definitely won’t be my last! It definitely feels like you escaped and went out of the country, a good way to relax without any distractions. Some people think nude spa definitely not! But once you see everyone naked it’s no big deal! I did the spa deal which includes a full body exfoliation, massage, facial and hair wash with milk treatment for $125! So worth the money! Even the restaurant is amazing! Everything is very clean too! You can get deals on Groupon for entry and for the spa packages! Great treat for you and a girlfriend!

This is my second visit to spa world and I’m seriously considering getting a package deal. If you are a bathhouse newbie and toy so happen to grab or be the recipient of a groupon or living social deal for spa world this is what toy heed to know.
Parking. Is plentiful and free but remember this is a fairly busy strip so you may have to look for a spot.
The spa is 24 hours. Which means you can go whenever and stay for up 12 hours without having to pay a fee. Why would anyone want or actually stay for 12 hours you may ask? Easy with over 5 poultice rooms, a massive sauna and pool area, bosy scrubbers, massage parlour, cafeteria, lounge area and gym. You can lose track of time really fast.

This place is excellent if you want to relax, sweat, and turn your mind off. I liken the bade pool to the worlds greatest jacuzzi shower tub – jets, shower heads, bubbles, seats… you literally can’t go wrong. The poltice rooms are equally delightful, but beware they are hot (115-170 degrees for the hot rooms). Some can be likened to the perfectly warm sleeping room. The large open area is great for naps and everything from the restaurant has been delish.
Parking is a breeze every time.

How much do I love this place? Let’s just say I went for the first time today, and have already purchased another Groupon to go back. The food is delicious, the staff are professional, the facilities are clean, and it’s soooo relaxing (even for someone like me who has a hard time slowing down for a few minutes). But buyer beware – Be prepared to spend at least 4 hours there, you must be ok with same-sex nudity for the baths (everyone was respectful), and there are children. If any of that poses a problem for you, then you might want to skip this place. If not, grab some friends and make a day of it!

A great getaway with your girlfriends! Not your average spa (it’s nude!), a much more relaxing and intimate communal experience. The Korean spa really reminds of the onsens in Kyoto.
I went here with a group of my girlfriends for my birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the bade pools, relaxing in the poultice (like steam) rooms, lounging around in the common area, and savoring some Korean food. It’s a fun experience that takes about 4-5 hours and well worth the hefty entrance fee of $40.

Upon entering, my boyfriend and I were greeted by a very boisterous African American employee who wreaked of cigarettes and who proceeded to tell my boyfriend that Spa World no longer accepts Groupons. My boyfriend showed him the Groupon three times, excepting him to kindly redeem it. It was my birthday and I really wasn’t in the mood for this employee’s foolishness. The employee proceeded to call my boyfriend Suge Knight and said he was joking about the Groupon. My boyfriend and I both come from the customer service industry. This employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable and rude. That was our first impression of Spa World.
All other services were fantastic. If you can ignore the greeter, you’ll have a wonderful time.
