Spa World Gift Card Terms & Conditions
General
Gift cards are non-refundable and all sales are considered final.
Square gift cards do not diminish in value over time and no fees will be imposed for gift card services, dormancy, or inactivity.
Refunds
Transactions using funds from a gift card can only be refunded within 120 days of the original transaction date and original receipts must be provided.
Such refunds can only be:
- Returned back to the original gift card, or
- Applied towards a new gift card
Gift cards cannot be:
- Redeemed for cash
- Used to refund split-tender transactions
Older Gift Cards (Elavon & ETS)
Older gift cards powered by Elavon and ETS are considered expired after 5 years of inactivity from the gift card purchase date or last load date.
